Bobcat Fest, BPE's annual supercharged school carnival, is coordinated each year as a major fundraising event for our Booster Club. Proceeds from Bobcat Fest are used to support various events and projects at BPE including STEAM Day, Arts Days, May Madness, Bobcat Bingo, the Family Picnic, Kite Days, staff appreciation gifts, and Teacher wish lists.
Bobcat Fest 2018 will feature rides including the Triple Decker Super-Slide, Jousting, Inflatable Obstacle Courses, Rock Climbing Wall, Sit-N-Spin, and Spider-Man Modular Moonwalk Bouncer, along with games, foods, & sweet treats!

When will students receive t-shirts, wristbands, & Bobcat Bags?
Will-Call to pickup wristbands will be held the week of Bobcat Fest & at the carnival

Where can I purchase wristbands?
Wristbands will be sold both online & at Bobcat Fest. Online prices is $45 for first child and $40 for each additional child in the family. Price will increase to $50 at Bobcat Fest so buy online and early!
Where & when can I purchase ride tickets?
Ride tickets will only be sold at Bobcat Fest for $1 per ticket.
Should I purchase wristbands or tickets?
This is a tough question, & depends on how many rides & games your child will utilize & his/her ability to keep up with the tickets. Wristbands allow students unlimited rides & games during the carnival. Ticket requirements vary based on the game/ride (ticket requirements vary between 2-4 per game/ride).
Can I use a credit card for purchases at Bobcat Fest?
Regretfully, Bobcat Fest is a cash-only event (no debit/credit cards, apple pay, bitcoin, IOUs, etc.).
How do I donate treats for the cakewalk?
Please deliver Cake Walk donations to the BPE Conference Room on Friday, 4/6/18.
Package all cakewalk donations:
Using disposable packaging
Label your donations (flavor, special dietary considerations, etc.).
Do not donate perishable items that require refrigeration (i.e. tres leches).
Package & wrap items as follows:
*Cakes: half cake per plate
*Cookies: 12 per plate
What is a Golden Ticket? How do I get one?
Golden Tickets allow the ticket holder and one friend front-of-line privileges at Bobcat Fest. Most students spend 6-years at BPE & never get a Golden Ticket. They're highly coveted & tend to promote extreme excitement. Golden Tickets can be won via the following ways:
